ShirtMap helps people discover real T-shirts connected to real businesses, towns, regions, teams, events, and local places. Some businesses also sell their shirts directly through ShirtMap.

This Privacy Policy explains how ShirtMap collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, web app, mobile app, map features, business owner tools, submission forms, subscription features, checkout and order features, or related services.

By using ShirtMap, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect different types of information depending on how you use ShirtMap.

Business owner information

When a business owner signs up, submits a listing, manages a listing, subscribes to premium features, or sells on ShirtMap, we may collect:

• Business name
• Owner or contact name
• Email address
• Business type or category
• Town, region, or location information
• Optional business phone number
• Optional street address or location details
• Website links
• Social media handles or profile links
• Shirt name, description, price, buying method, and related listing details
• Shirt images, including front and back images
• Subscription status and billing-related information
• Selling status, inventory, order, and fulfillment details, for businesses that sell on ShirtMap
• Ship-from address, phone number, and email printed on shipping labels, for businesses that sell on ShirtMap

Buyer information

When you buy directly from a business on ShirtMap, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping address
• The items, sizes, and quantities you ordered
• Order amounts, currency, order status, and refund records
• Shipping label and tracking details for your order

Visitor and customer information

When visitors browse ShirtMap or submit tips, we may collect:

• Shirt or business suggestions
• Town, region, or location details
• Optional contact information if submitted
• Interaction data, such as viewed listings, clicked links, filters used, and pages visited
• Device, browser, IP address, and general usage information

Payment information

ShirtMap uses Stripe to process all payments: business owner subscriptions and premium features paid to ShirtMap, and purchases made directly from businesses on ShirtMap, which Stripe processes on behalf of the selling business.

When you make a payment on ShirtMap, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. ShirtMap does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on its own servers.

Stripe may collect information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment method information, device information, IP address, transaction details, and other information needed to process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide payment services.

Businesses that sell on ShirtMap set up a Stripe account to receive payouts. The identity, tax, and bank account details required for payouts are collected by Stripe directly; ShirtMap does not store them.

Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's own terms, conditions, and privacy policy. You should review Stripe's Privacy Policy and Services Agreement presented during checkout or account setup.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Operate and improve ShirtMap
• Display approved public shirt listings on the map
• Review and approve business submissions and listing details
• Contact business owners about applications, listings, subscriptions, or account issues
• Provide subscription-based features
• Process orders, payments, refunds, shipping labels, and delivery tracking for purchases made on ShirtMap
• Send transactional emails, such as application decisions, order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notices
• Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, or misuse
• Analyze product usage and improve features
• Maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues

4. Public Listing Information

Approved listings may be visible to the public on ShirtMap. Public listing information may include:

• Business name, town or region, and business type
• Shirt name, description, price, and images
• Buying method (in-store, direct message, website link, storefront link, social media link, or direct purchase on ShirtMap)
• Website, storefront, or social media links
• General map location or pin location

Do not submit information you do not want displayed publicly once approved.

5. Buying Directly on ShirtMap

Some businesses sell their shirts directly through ShirtMap. When you buy on ShirtMap, you are buying from the listed business
