Inventory and sellable listings
Mark listings as sellable, track stock by size (and color), and set plus-size upcharges.
Making a listing sellable
Once selling is set up, each listing card in your Products section gains selling controls. Turn sellable on for any listing you want buyers to purchase directly on ShirtMap. Only approved (Live) listings can be sold.
Sizes and stock
In Sizes & stock on the listing card:
- Check a size to offer it, uncheck to remove it. Uncheck every size for a one-size item.
- Leave a stock field blank to sell that size without tracking a count (it never sells out).
- Enter a number to track stock. ShirtMap counts it down as orders come in, and a size at 0 stops being orderable automatically.
- Restocked? Update the counts any time. Shoppers who asked to be notified about a sold-out size get an automatic back-in-stock email when you raise it above zero.
Stock by color
If the listing has colors, the stock editor becomes a grid with a column per color, so you can track each size and color combination separately (blank still means untracked). Buyers can only order combinations that are in stock, and sold-out combinations offer the back-in-stock signup instead.
Your dashboard card also shows at-a-glance pills like "3 variants sold out" and "2 low stock" so you know when to restock without opening the editor.
Plus-size upcharge (optional)
Charging more for extended sizes? In the same Sizes & stock controls, enter a dollar amount for 2XL and/or 3XL (for example 2 or 3.50). Buyers see the adjusted price when they pick that size, and the upcharge is added automatically at checkout. Leave the fields blank to charge one price for every size.
Limited drops (optional)
Want to build hype for a release? Use Drop schedule in the selling controls to set a release date and time (and optionally an edition size). Until the drop, your shirt page shows a countdown instead of the buy button, and your followers get an email the moment it goes live.
Turning selling off for a listing
Switch sellable off and the listing goes back to discovery-only (people see it on the map and follow your buying instructions instead). Your listing, pin, and page stay exactly where they were.
